In Germany, the delivery typically takes 2-4 days, in the rest of Europe 4-8 days. Please note that the shipping times are only indicative and can vary due to reasons out of nudco's influence.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners, including DHL, DPD and GHS.

Each delivery is sent with a tracking number, so you can always check the latest status of the delivery. After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number.

Please contact us and we will sort it out. 

Depending on the location where the products are shipped, the orders are typically stored at the location 7-14 days for you to pick the order up. If not picked up within that time frame, the order will be returned back to us.

For orders left unclaimed and returned back to our warehouse, we charge a handling fee of 10€ / £8.5 and we will otherwise refund your order.

We can make changes to the order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, the information on the order cannot be changed. Once the parcel is close to being delivered, you might be asked for a specific location to have the parcel delivered, e.g. a packstation or neighbour. 

We run automated address validation to check for potential errors. If your order is not sent yet, we can change your address. If the order has been dispatched already, please get in touch with us.

Due to the nature of our products and EU legislation all product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received a faulty item, we will accept returns and the items will be replaced by us. Please get in touch with us to arrange for replacing your order.

For parcels left unclaimed and returned back to our warehouse, we will refund your order deducted with a 10€ / £8.5 handling fee.

None of our products contain any animal-derived ingredients but all are from natural sources. None of the products have been tested on animals.

Our products have been tested by a trusted, authorised 3rd party in EU on sensitive skin for potential irritants and product tolerability. Our products are non-irritant and hypoallergenic.

Our cosmetics bottles and caps as well as condoms are sourced in Europe. Our cosmetics ingredients are from Europe but also elsewhere due to their better availability. All our paper packaging and labels come from Europe. We strive to source as locally as possible.

Our products are designed for women by women. Our cosmetics products carry a suitable pH value to prevent an increased risk of bacterial vaginosis. We also use probiotic-rich ingredients in our formulas, which help restore natural bacteria balance for intimate areas.

Yes, our products are pH balanced. By default, oil-based products do not have pH level though so they won't interfere with the pH value. Our personal lubricant then again has a pH value as it is water-based but that has been adjusted to the optimal level (4.5) of the intimate area.

Many of the ingredients we use in our products are organic but we cannot claim to be 100% organic. However, even with non-organic ingredients, we source responsibly and use non-GMO, natural, and/or Ecocert approved ingredients.

Yes, our product ingredients, including preservatives, are chosen so that the products may be consumed in small portions orally. Excessive usage is not advised, such as drinking the entire bottle, as this may have a laxative effect.

We use glass bottles in our intimate cosmetics. Glass combines functionality, aesthetics and sustainability in one. Glass does not leach any chemicals into the formulations, and is easy to recycle. Especially for oil-based products, glass is a better option than plastic/PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Our premium matte glass does not absorb any odours or stains. Also, we have chosen dark, opaque bottles to prevent product exposure to direct sunlight that can accelerate product expiration.

All our ingredients are selected so that we could have a natural cosmetics certification in the future. Our formulas meet all the relevant the criteria. However, we have not invested in getting certified yet due to its great monetary investment.

Although our products are manufactured with safe ingredients, have gone through rigorous testing, and are dermatologically-tested on sensitive skin, how your skin reacts to ingredients is individual. Apply on a small area first to see if any reactions arise. Continue usage, if there is no skin irritation.

From our product line, 01 marked products can be considered as the safest option for people with more severe skin conditions, as they do not contain essential oil ingredients/scents. If you are unsure, consult your healthcare professional.

The products have a printed best before date on them. After opening the cosmetics products, we recommend that you use them within 6 months.

Apply the product externally on intimate area. Intimate oil can be used to soothe irritation, dryness or itching after intimate moments, waxing, sugaring or shaving as well as for external stimulation or intimate area massage. Do not use with condoms or devices.

Apply the product externally on body. Massage and body oil can be used to reduce muscle tensions, enable relaxation, and nourish the dry skin. Do not use on intimate area.

Yes, nudco condoms are CE marked medical devices meaning that they confirm with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards. Our condoms do not include harmful chemicals or spermicides.

Condoms are a reliable contraceptive but no contraceptive can offer 100% protection against pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, and/or sexually transmitted infections. If you believe you have an STI, contact a healthcare provider.

Put a single condom on the male genital area every time before you have sex and never reuse the same condom. Ensure that there are no tears or defects. Store condoms in a cool and dry place. Use only water-based lubricant, if needed.

We put a lot of emphasis on reducing our impact when it comes to manufacturing, packaging and logistics. We don't include anything unnecessary in our packaging that would just be excess waste. Our manufacturing and logistics for all products is based in Europe and we strive to operate as locally as possible.

Yes. We have chosen our bottles to be of glass for highest recyclability and limited plastic waste. We didn't want to contribute to the increasing plastic waste problem in the world, so picking glass was a natural choice for us.

Our caps and stickers are made of plastic due to scarcity of bio-based alternatives but they are fully recyclable with regular recycling.

The outer boxes for the cosmetics products are made of FSC-certified paper. Our mailer boxes are made of recycled paper that is from certified wood. They are plastic-free and compostable.
