Due to the nature of our products and EU legislation all product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged based on dissatisfaction with the product or buyer's remorse.

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will accept returns and the items will be replaced by us. To return a product and to get a replacement for your order please contact us at wecare@nudco.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted, when products are returned in their original packaging and condition. if the products are opened or returned damaged, no return or exchange can be made.

For unclaimed parcels returned back to our warehouse, we will refund your order deducted with a 10€ / £8.5 handling fee.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days to exercise their right to cancel their nudco purchase.

If you wish to exercise your right to withdrawal, you should notify us by sending an email to wecare@nudco.com.

After notifying your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal from the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return it in original packaging unopened.

We will refund the purchase amount and original delivery costs. Costs arising from the return will not be refunded.
